Bilingual Licensed Insurance Customer Service Location: La Mirada, CA, 90638 Salary: $18.0 - $32.0/hour Experience: 1 Year(s) Paul Hernandez - State Farm Agency, located in La Mirada, CA, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Licensed Insurance - Team Member. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must have an active Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Life Insurance license. The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
