Responsibilities:
--- We will provide you with a pre-loaded, market-leading CRM just for you and your managed area to farm.
--- You will be responsible to upkeep the database with the following:
--- Generate listing leads, by cold calling, texting, and emailing
--- Qualify incoming leads and set appointments
--- Put up-to-date information into the database system for data integrity
--- Follow up and nurture prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to cultivate relationships
--- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
--- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward goals
--- Monthly Mailers
--- Walking your targeted area with your branded fliers

Qualifications:
--- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position or 6-12 sales in last two years
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Real estate license or pursuing required
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
--- Applicants should have a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree desired
