The Role We’re looking for a Talent & Cultural Partnerships Manager
(Contract) to build relationships with influential public figures
and bring them into the HeyGen ecosystem. This role will focus on
sourcing and closing partnerships with celebrities, athletes, and
other high-profile public figures . You will lead partnerships
end-to-end , from identifying talent and developing deal structures
to negotiating agreements and managing ongoing relationships. This
role reports directly to the CMO and will play a key role in
establishing HeyGen’s presence at the intersection of AI, media,
and culture. This is a full-time contractor role with the
opportunity to convert into a full-time position as the program
scales. What You’ll Do Talent Partnerships Identify and build
relationships with celebrities, athletes, and influential public
figures . Source and close partnerships that bring high-profile
talent onto the HeyGen platform. Structure partnership agreements
including revenue-share arrangements, licensing agreements, and
long-term ambassador partnerships . Deal Making Lead the full
partnership lifecycle, including outreach, relationship building,
negotiation, and closing. Develop creative deal structures that
align incentives between talent and the platform. Work
cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and product teams to
finalize agreements. Cultural Collaborations Identify opportunities
to collaborate with talent on content, campaigns, and cultural
moments that showcase what’s possible with AI-powered video. Help
position HeyGen as a platform where influential voices experiment
with new forms of communication and storytelling. Talent
Relationship Management Maintain ongoing relationships with
partners after deals close. Ensure talent partners have a great
experience on the platform and continue expanding their use of
HeyGen. Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships over time.
Strategic Talent Programs Help develop programs that bring
high-profile talent onto the platform in meaningful ways.
Contribute to initiatives that make HeyGen a destination for
influential voices exploring AI-powered communication. What Success
Looks Like Success in this role means bringing influential voices
into the HeyGen ecosystem and turning those relationships into
meaningful reach and cultural relevance. Examples include: Signing
high-impact talent partnerships with celebrities, athletes, and
public figures Generating meaningful distribution and audience
reach through talent collaborations Securing exclusive or flagship
partnerships that differentiate HeyGen in the market Establishing
HeyGen as a platform that influential voices choose to create
AI-powered video What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of experience in
talent partnerships, entertainment partnerships, business
development, or creator economy deals Experience working with
celebrities, athletes, or high-profile public figures Proven track
record of sourcing and closing partnership deals Strong negotiation
and relationship-building skills Ability to operate autonomously
and move deals forward in a fast-moving startup environment Strong
cultural instincts and an understanding of how talent partnerships
translate into reach and relevance AI-Native Mindset We believe the
best operators today are AI-native . You should be comfortable
using AI tools to research opportunities, generate ideas, move
faster in your work, and multiply your output. We’re looking for
someone who embraces AI as a way to 10x their effectiveness , not
someone who relies solely on traditional playbooks. Location
Preferred: Los Angeles or San Francisco Remote candidates will also
be considered for the right fit. Contract Details Full-time
