Immediate need for an experienced customer service specialist.

This role will entail:



-Providing outstanding customer service to clients, the field sales team and Account Managers


-Provide ongoing follow up for new and existing accounts


-Maintain customer satisfaction and retention


-Availability to work flexible hours and to cover weekend work cell phone
