Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Intake Specialist to serve as
the primary point of contact for prospective patients interested in
clinic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries, providing clear and
accurate information about the clinic and treatment options
Guide each patient through the intake process, including collecting
referrals, coordinating with providers, verifying insurance, and
gathering documentation
Document all interactions and follow-ups, tracking each patient's
journey from initial inquiry to their first scheduled
appointment
Qualifications:
Experience in medical administration, patient intake, or care
navigation preferred
Sales or adjacent experience preferred
Knowledge of basic medical insurance processes
High level of organization and strong documentation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote
environment
