Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Administrative
Coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Administrative Coaching engagements while ensuring high
customer satisfaction
Assess client performance through analysis of practice performance
metrics
Develop innovative solutions and support client leaders in
implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent professional
experience
A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a healthcare-related environment
preferred
Healthcare practice operations or clinical experience is a plus
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common
goals
Strong interest in clinical workflows and EMR/EHR software
