Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - SFDC.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage training materials and track progress with
stakeholders
Conduct instructor-led training sessions and ensure participant
preparedness
Gather feedback on training effectiveness and support long-term
tool adoption
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Program Manager, preferably with Agile
methodologies
Background in training on systems, particularly SFDC, and
experience with sales teams
Knowledge in adult learning, instructional design, and design
thinking
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and Google
Suite
