Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Specialist, Worker's
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate worker's compensation claim payments for
compliance with fee schedules and contracts
Research and acquire necessary medical records and documentation to
support hospital claims for reimbursement
Conduct follow-up with payers to ensure claims and documentation
have been received for prompt reimbursement
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's
Degree preferred
1-2+ years' experience in healthcare billing or collections
1+ years' client-facing/customer service experience
1+ years' experience with workers' compensation billing and
collections preferred
Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims
processing
