Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Lead to support staff and
manage operations in a service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor staff workload and allocate resources effectively
Provide immediate assistance and training support to staff for
efficient service delivery
Collaborate with staff to address customer inquiries and
troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree or
equivalent education and experience
Six months of customer service experience
Experience in facilities administration or management is
preferred
Supervisory experience is desired
Extensive computer knowledge, including database and reporting
software
