Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the first indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than 13,000 premium seats. SoFi Stadium has already secured Super Bowl LVI in 2022, the College Football National Championship Game in 2023, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2028.

Summary
Guest Experience Representatives are a vital part of our event day team. They are responsible for providing an Extraordinary experience for all guests at Hollywood Park, home of SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater .
This position serves in a variety of roles such as usher, ticket taker, mobility assistance, premium concierge, bag valet, guest service centers, elevator/escalator operator and directional support.

For example, if you are returning materials to their designated storage area after cleaning up from an event and you notice the room is not looking neat and orderly. What do you do? Hopefully, you flag it with your manager and take some time to straighten up and tidy the space so that it's easier to operate within the storage space moving forward

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently contribute to the world class guest experience at Hollywood Park venues that welcomes every fan, exceeds expectations, and creates extraordinary experiences one moment at a time.
• Proactively pursue opportunities to create positive first impressions and long-lasting, positive memories.
• Retain an extensive knowledge of SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater layouts, seating sections, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identities, emergency activity procedures, and the surrounding Hollywood Park campus (i.e. plazas, parking, and rideshare).
• Assist guests with wayfinding and other informational needs.
• Maintain event ticket integrity through the use of ticket scanners, visual ticket verification, and facility knowledge.
• Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong in verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Requires a flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and maneuvering up/down stairs in an indoor/outdoor environment.
    Hours of Operations and Work Schedule:
    SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Management Company is an event-based business. This is a part-time, event-based position. You can expect to be scheduled for weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your department needs may vary, and you will be provided with a specific work schedule based on business and event needs.
    Availability:
    Team Members submit their availability the first week of each month for the following month. Schedules are issued around the 20th for the following month. Team members will provide Guest Experience Service for SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater.
    In order to maintain active part-time status, team members must submit their availability for a minimum of 70% of scheduled events. For example, SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater have 10 (ten) events booked for the month. Team members need to be available for a minimum of 7 (seven) of those events. Submitting your availability does not guarantee that you will be scheduled for all events.
    Compensation:
    Starting rate: $17.00 per hour / $25.50 overtime rate
