• 30 Days:$500
  60 Days: $350

Gentle Dental provides high-quality comprehensive care, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
  
  Hours of Operation: Shifts available and range from 7:15 a.m to 8 p.m. PST
  
  Compensation: Hourly base pay, plus commission plan plus $1,025 training bonus
  
  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high volume inbound phone calls while compassionately handling questions and/or concerns
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set and customer satisfaction
  • Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership Team Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience
    • Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
    • Desire to exceed customer expectations
