Job Description:

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Shared Services Claims Case Associate.

Must be able to:
Review new Short-Term Disability (STD) documents
Assign Eligibility Tasks to the appropriate claim's examiner based on pre- determined criteria
Position Requirements Include:

Good communication (oral and written) skills
Strong working knowledge of systems applications, and be comfortable using computers
Ability to work and solve problems independently
