looking for a BI-LINGUAL (English/Spanish) Human Resources
Coordinator/Administrator to provide administrative support to the

- Additional perks!Job DetailsEssential Functions:Under general
supervisory guidance, prepares personnel forms, records statistics
and handles confidential material in the Human Resources
department; answers general questions and inquiries in all areas of
Human Resources; completes special assignments and projects
required; research files for difficult-to-find data; interpret
policies and make recommendations. Specific Responsibilities
Include:1. Provides administrative support within the Human
Resource Department2. Maintains employee personnel records and
benefits/medical files3. Processes employee status changes such as
promotions, pay changes, new hires and terminations4. Records
employee information based on employee status change5. Maintains
the integrity of Lotus Notes employee database and ADP
TotalSource6. Examines employee files to answer inquires and
provide information to supervisors or managers7. Compiles data
utilizing ADP TotalSource to generate reports (bi-weekly)8. Reviews
timecard report with notes (bi-weekly audit, utilize Less Than
30min Lunch report & 5th Hour Lunch Report9. May assist with
employment and recruitment activities.10. Processes employment
application and applicant work history11. Interacts with all levels
of employees 12. Assists employees with health insurance and
benefit questions13. Prepares internal job postings and external
advertisements14. Maintains up-to-date employee rosters, headcount
reports, leave of absence reports and PTO Hours Report 15. Prepares
monthly performance evaluations by departments16. Prepares letters,
memos, reports, notices as need for HR Manager. 17. Posts company
communications. 18. Assumes other special activities and
responsibilities as required.19. Reviews PTO employee request for
payroll processing.Education:1. Associate Degree: in Business/Human
Resources preferred. 2. Human Resources Certificate a
plusExperience and Background:1. 4 - 10 years Human Resources
experience. 2. Human Resources; administration of policies and
procedures and employee relations. 3. Microsoft Office: Word,
Excel, Power Point4. ADP TotalSource or Workforce Now. 4. Good
organizational skills, communication skills and ability to
multi-task.5. Must be able to handle information with
confidentiality.6. Bilingual: English & SpanishInterested in
