Description:Work hours: Monday Friday (8am - 4:30pm)$25 - $35RESPONSIBILITIESDirect supervision of employees in accordance with the Company Policies and ProceduresStrong supervisor skills within an inventory department Manage develop and promote team members in the Inventory Dept. Complete management of inventory within the Building Maintenance departmentProcessing purchase ordersDetermining what supplies and how many needed to be orderForecasting inventory levelsCommunicating with vendors to ensure Marvin is making cost efficient and timely inventory orders Experienced using SAP to monitor and manage inventory levelsCommunicating with internal managers to ensure they inventory needs were met in a timely manor Develop and maintain store room inventory management processes Ensure cycle counts are performed on a timely basis to eliminate stock outsDevelop and maintain turn ratio report to identify and resolve slow moving inventoryInterface with VMI suppliers and conduct performance appraisals when necessaryDevelop tracking sheets for consumables and report as directedEnforce Safety requirements, regulations and company policiesPerform RCCA's, corrective and preventive actions and/or assist workers to solve problems Make recommendations to improve inventory methods, performance and quality of service Develop and maintain store room inventory management processesEnsure cycle counts are performed on a timely basis to eliminate stock outsDevelop and maintain turn ratio report to identify and resolve slow moving inventoryInterface with VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) suppliers and conduct performance appraisals when necessaryDevelop tracking sheets for consumables and report as directed Enforce Safety requirements, regulations and company policiesPerform RCCA's *(Root Cause Corrective Actions) corrective and preventive actions and/or assist workers to solve problemsSkills:Plumbing supplies, Electrical suppliesTop Skills Details:Direct supervision of employees in accordance with the Company Policies and ProceduresStrong supervisor skills within an inventory department Manage develop and promote team members in the Inventory Dept.
