Kelly Services is currently seeking to hire a Entry-level Administrative Customer Service Representative (Hybrid position) for our government client in Indianapolis, IN! The position is projected to be a 6-month contract. The role will include training. Projected start is November 9th. Interviews will begin as soon as an identified candidate is presented. There will be an in-person interview with the client.Pay: $13.14/hourSchedule- first shift, full time hours- Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm (must be punctual and reliable- attendance is crucial)Essential Duties/Responsibilities:* Duties and responsibilities include: provide excellent customer service to the SHIP counselors, SHIP staff, and people who call the 800 line. Log in and answer all 800 calls in a timely manner. Record on monthly sheet. Forward 800 calls to available volunteer counselors. Provide counseling assistance when volunteers are not available. Take calls and questions relating to Drug Plan Comparisons. Complete comparisons and return to clients. data entry and packet creation as needed. * Perform related duties as assigned.Job Requirements:* High School Diploma is required* Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, others in the division, agency.* High level of attention to detail.* Able to type at least 35 wpm (net speed)* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook (email and calendar), operate a multi-phone system* Ability to find, gather and collect information or data and evaluate information against a set of standards.* Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.
