In this role, you will drive operations and ensure the quality and integrity of our innovative medical devices and pharmaceutical products. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes while maintaining our pledge to sustainability. Oversee daily manufacturing operations in the production area to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards. Monitor production metrics and performance, implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and project deadlines. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Implement cost-reduction initiatives and improve production methods through lean manufacturing techniques. Ensure the manufacturing plant's equipment is maintained in optimal running condition to avoid downtimes and delays. Lead quality assurance efforts to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and reliability. Strong leadership and people management skills Proven ability to manage production schedules and resources In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards specific to medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., FDA, ISO) Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
