This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-asset family law matters while working with an accomplished team of attorneys in a collaborative and professional environment. Salary & Benefits $200,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and book of business Performance-based bonuses and partnership track incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Generous paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing legal education support Administrative and litigation support from a highly skilled team Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership 6 years of experience practicing family law, with substantial experience in high-asset divorce, custody, and support matters Established reputation in the Los Angeles legal community with a demonstrated history of successfully managing sophisticated cases Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with experience handling trials and settlement conferences Proven ability to generate or bring a portable book of business preferred Excellent leadership, mentorship, and client relationship management abilities Responsibilities Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception through resolution Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations 125/month billable hours (1500 annual) Provide strategic legal counsel on divorce, custody, support, and property division matters Oversee junior attorneys and paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and client growth initiatives Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
