Job Description About SoFi Stadium SoFi Stadium, the new home of
the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, is located at
Hollywood Park, a 298-acre sports and entertainment destination
being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley
Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi
Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the ---rst
indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable
up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than
13,000 premium seats. SoFi Stadium has already hosted the 2022 NFC
Championship game and Super Bowl LVI in 2022. Exciting events are
to come such as the College Football National Championship Game in
2023 and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in

Summary SoFi Stadium/Hollywood Park is seeking a Legal Department
Administrator. This individual will play a key role in managing the
day-to-day affairs of the Legal and Risk Management departments and
be responsible for scheduling, the implementation and management of
a document management system, and assisting with the management of
legal claims and litigation. The successful candidate will be
diligent and detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and
experience in document management processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collecting and identifying any documentation related to claims and
ensuring uniform naming and labeling of documents; Uploading
discovery responses and transaction documentation for requests for
production or in connection with transactions and submitting
documentation to external legal counsel and other outside parties;
Maintaining best record keeping practices for contracts, insurance
documents, and training provided by the Legal Department for
pertinent legal, risk management, or safety topics; Maintaining
legal electronic records in accordance with best record keeping
practices; Coordinating calls and meetings with legal, internal
departments, and other third parties; Attending and supporting
regular meetings with insurance carriers, outside counsel, lenders,
service providers and others on a wide variety of issues;
Performing initial intake of documents including application of
standard file naming and labeling and maintaining same;
Distributing vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and other
information in the legal files within and outside of the
organization; Coordinating contract and insurance documentation
reconciliation with third party compliance systems for insurance or
contracts; Coordinate with legal, internal departments, and
external legal counsel to ensure attorney bills are tracked, routed
and paid in accordance with approved rates and time as required by
attorney engagement letters; Follow up with internal departments
regarding recovery or reimbursement of losses claimed against third
parties; Run notes from legal meetings and tracking logs to make
sure major projects stay on time and meet milestones; Coordinate
centralized tracking log or system for contracts in review
including tracking critical dates such as execution, renewal
options (automatic and opt out), and expiration; Collecting and
understanding legal department's business requirements and writing
documentation as needed; and Develop, structure, optimize, and
maintain databases, dashboards, visualizations, and reports to
assist with the legal department's interactions across the company
and with external counsel. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and/or
paralegal certificate preferred. Prior experience in a law firm,
in-house legal department or contract management position
preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
and familiar with Google Workspace. Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with
legal documentation and terminology. Ability to prioritize and
multitask in a fast-paced environment. Please note this job
