Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Orange, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,773 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Utilization Review Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Utilization Review and Charge Experience License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: Required certifications must be in hand when applying. CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute is required. Must-Have: - Proficiency in EPIC and InterQual for clinical review and medical necessity determination - Required experience using CPT coding and billing - Experience in acute hospital admission criteria - Skills in concurrent and continued stay reviews Description: Candidate must be highly proficient in EPIC and InterQual. Demonstrated experience in both systems for clinical review and medical necessity determination is essential. This position is in-person, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Pre-approved time off per contract not to exceed 5 days. References from two supervisors are required. All required certifications must be in hand when applying. Experience in a trauma Level I setting is necessary. All applicants must have CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute in hand. EPIC experience must be documented in the applicant's work history. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
