Weeks Shift: Nights | 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Position
Overview: We’re seeking experienced PICU Registered Nurses to join
a high-acuity, high-volume Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Orange,
CA. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience
in pediatric populations and the ability to manage complex,
multi-system cases in a fast-paced Level I trauma environment. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct, high-quality care to critically
ill infants, children, and adolescents (birth to 18 years). Manage
patients with complex conditions such as metabolic disorders,
respiratory failure, oncology, neurosurgical, and cardiac cases.
Assist with and manage patients on ventilators, ECMO, and CRRT .
Perform and interpret arterial lines, central lines, and
hemodynamic monitoring . Administer and titrate critical
medications including vasopressors, sedatives, and anti-seizure
medications . Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including
physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social services to
ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate electronic

Preferred Experience: Trauma Level I facility CRRT, ECMO, and
high-volume pediatric ICU cases Charting: Cerner (preferred) Travel
Experience: Preferred; previous contract extensions a plus
