Description Providence is calling for applications for our February 2026 RN Nursing Float Fellowship . An RN Fellow at Providence Little Company of Mary, Torrance will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
