Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multi Licensed Remote Physical
Therapist- Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized leadership and guidance to patients in
restoring function and reducing pain
Develop care plans and motivate patients to achieve their health
goals
Document patient care services and evaluate treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice physical therapy in at least 2 of the
following states: IN, MN, NE, OK, DE
Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a physical
therapist
A graduate degree in physical therapy preferred
Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications
Able to work 30-60 minutes per day at the candidate's
discretion
