Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer - BPO Process
Optimization (Healthcare Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes to
enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring and utilize
Six Sigma/Lean methodologies for continuous improvement
Create scalable SOPs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
ensure alignment with client expectations and compliance
standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations
Research, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3-7 years of experience in process optimization or operational
engineering, preferably in a healthcare BPO environment
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or above)
Strong experience with process mapping tools and familiarity with
healthcare systems
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with exposure
to RPA tools
