Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Coach to inspire behavior
change and support members in improving their health.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage individual members' health journeys
Deliver remote coaching through various digital platforms
Engage members to set health goals and monitor their progress
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in health/nutrition counseling, health
coaching, or related fields
Active health coaching or health educator certification
preferred
Skilled in motivational interviewing and behavior change
techniques
Comfort with adopting new technologies and data integration in
patient care
Positive attitude and ability to build trusting relationships with
clients
