Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (CA
License) for a full-time evening position with summers off.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual, evidence-based mental health counseling and
therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
Conduct initial mental health assessments, diagnose, and create
treatment plans based on student needs
Collaborate with the care management team and ensure timely
documentation and adherence to guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with
school-aged children
Ability to obtain a fingerprint (FBI) criminal background check
upon hire
Strong technological skills and willingness to gain licensure in
other states as needed
Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or
others is a plus
