Imperial Crest Healthcare Center is currently seeking to hire a Licensed Vocational Nurse with Subacute experience to join our team!PEOPLE FIRST CULTURE: We are committed to a team culture where employees come first and feel inspired and motivated to do their best each day.Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) RequirementsActive Licensed Vocational Nurse in CaliforniaOne (1) Year Subacute experienceKnowledge of long-term care patient needsDemonstrated ability to deal with fast-paced environmentPrimary Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Subacute ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistantsOversee the care and wellbeing of residentsPrepare and administer medications as ordered by the physicianComplete charting and treatment plans/physician orders, etc.Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as requiredMake rounds with physicians as requested/necessaryUtilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement and evaluate patient carePerforms interviews to identify specific patient needsAssess signs and symptoms indicating changes in patient's conditionCollects, analyzes, and interprets information from health care members and documentsOrient and welcome new residents and familiesKnowledge of Point Click Care (PCC)Other duties as assignedPAY SCALE:$30 - $34/ HourDepending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.Benefits for Full-Time PositionsGenerous Time off & Holiday PayHealth, dental, vision insurance401K with employer matchEmployer Paid & Supplemental Life Insurance#NURSING
