    • Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Requirements
      • Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
      • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with booster shot -
      • MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS -
      • Current CPR certification
      • Physical and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, within the past 6 months
      • Driver's license and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
      • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Pay Range
        The typical pay range for this role is:
        Minimum: $17.00
        Maximum: $20.00 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
