Job Description:
A managed healthcare and insurance company is searching for a
person to fill their position for a Telecommute Insurance Central
Medical Records Supervisor.
Must be able to:
Overseeing daily operations
Supervising of Central Medical Record Technicians
Providing regular coaching and constructive feedback to Central
Medical Record Technicians to enhance overall effectiveness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical Records Department experience
Experience working in a rapidly growing company or division with
geographically dispersed business units and/or customer service
Experience with escalated issue resolution
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing
without authority
