A company is looking for a Proposal Development Manager to lead
and enhance proposal strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete proposal development process, ensuring
compliance and adherence to timelines
Establish quality standards for proposal content and craft
compelling narratives that articulate value
Provide leadership and mentorship to the proposal development team
while developing policies and templates for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism,
Marketing, Business Administration)
Proven experience managing and developing winning proposals for
complex solutions
Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle and best
practices
Experience leading and mentoring team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint)
