Job Description:

A company is looking for a part-time Chief Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Set goals and standards for clinical quality and team performance
Create training curriculum and provide feedback for clinical staff development
Represent the clinical perspective in cross-functional initiatives and external engagements

Required Qualifications

Board certified physician with a focus on reproductive healthcare
Minimum of 3 years in a strategic leadership role
Proven experience in designing and implementing clinical performance programs
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects effectively
Data-driven with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
