DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated
Assistant Project Manager who is passionate about the manufacturing
industry and multifamily housing projects. This is a permanent
position where you will play a crucial role in managing and
coordinating large-scale multifamily projects with 200+ units. You
will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the
Project Manager, and leveraging your experience with Procore and
other project management tools to drive project success.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in the planning and
execution of multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on
time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize Procore project management software to monitor project
progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with all
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets,
schedules, and contracts.
- Coordinate with various teams, including design, engineering,
and construction, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential
issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including plans,
specifications, and reports.
- Assist in the resolution of design and construction issues,
leveraging your knowledge of multifamily projects.
- Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager and
other key stakeholders.Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management,
preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing multifamily projects with 200+
- Proficient in Procore or equivalent project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes,
and regulations related to multifamily projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize
workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a
related field is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Join us and become
