We partner with multiple entities of the Department of Defense and other similar programs. We support well known Defense contractors (Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon). We are seeking a Procurement Manager, who will be balancing customer relationships, manage services and customer request while maintaining competitive pricing. • Managing a team of procurement professionals and holding them to a high standard in our industry
• Responsible for parts, components, raw materials, subassemblies, supplies, capital equipment and services - scheduling, pricing and negotiations
• Developing quality KPIs and measurables for the members of the supply chain team and holding them accountable
• Employee performance reviews and supplier reviews.
• Manage CPSR compliance documentation
• RFPs, RFQs, LTAs
• Lead team in vendor selection and pricing
• Monitor and update supplier schedules, along with maintaining supplier relationship and adding/removing when fit Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree and 5 years of management, minimum 2 years in aerospace OR no degree, 10 years of management, minimum 4 years in aerospace
  • SAP experience
  • Negotiation and pricing knowledge
  • Supplier experience, sourcing, negotiations, pricing, management
