Job Description We are looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We are seeking a Billing Manager for our LAI location to manage the billing and dispatch departments. Essential Functions Oversee and responsible for Billing and Dispatch Departments. Update FAIRS Billing Database (prices, flight master, etc.) Set up new customers in FAIRS. Ensure Invoices are processed on time. Resolve and issue a DR/CR adjustment Invoices for any customer issues within 3 days of notification. Approve Invoices prior to mailing to customers. Cross check billing quantities against boarding bill quantities, determine why there is a variance and adjust as necessary. Produce Closing Worksheet for end of period closing. Weekly A/R Collections. Document boarding/billing audits after cycle changes. Meeting with Account Managers to prepare for cycle changes. Approve and export invoices daily. Assist with Customer/Corporate billing Audits. Conduct flight Audits. Balance sales report against FAIRS for end of period closing. Cross check MPL with price download. Assist the Billing Clerks with any issue/question regarding Billing. Assist Dispatchers with any issue/question regarding Dispatch. Other duties as assigned by Controller Skills and Qualifications H.S degree and Associates or work experience in position Minimum of 5 years Billing Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook Must have good Organizational Skills, be Detail Orientated and able to Multitask Must have Good Communication skills, both written and oral Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and stand for long periods of time; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Office Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
