Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the first indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than 13,000 premium seats. This person will provide significant contributions in advancing the development of Hollywood Park projects, strategies, and objectives as it relates to the security department's contribution to personnel security/safety, fan experience, and overall success. At the direction of the Vice President of Security of Hollywood Park, this position will be responsible for the following:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, implement, and execute the approved strategic vision and program management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed critical to the security department and subsequent success.
  • Be involved in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and policies impacting the stadium, performance venue, and entire retail district.
  • Work closely with management to obtain and maintain SAFETY Act certification.
  • Build strategies, facilitate planning sessions, and drive change activities. This includes acquiring community buy-in and coordinating the efforts of Hollywood Park, external government agencies, business leaders, and third-party contractors/consultants to successfully deliver projects and goals according to approved plan(s).
  • Work closely within and outside the department to ensure thoughtful and transparent communication of timelines and expectations throughout any new and/or existing processes and initiatives. This includes establishing and implementing a credentialing process for all of the various events.
  • Work closely with appropriate stakeholders to address needs that include relevant technology and infrastructure support.
  • Provide strategic consulting that requires a high degree of client engagement facilitating and influencing.
  • Work in a collaborative team and have the ability to influence and drive change while paying attention to all details, small and large, that will affect department and company wide initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Vice President of Security of Hollywood Park.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by senior leadership.QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration or related field.
    • Ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks while under tight deadlines and financial constraint.
    • Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner with internal and external clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community.
    • Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment while meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
    • Knowledge of and a passion for live entertainment, professional football, and large-scale events.
    • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
    • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask, while prioritizing projects.
    • Demonstrate confidence and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
