number. What You’ll Do Service, troubleshoot, and repair
residential HVAC systems, including: Gas/electric split systems
Package units Heat pumps Floor and wall furnaces Ductless
mini-split systems Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Inspect, repair, replace, and recommend solutions based on system
needs. Document all work performed and communicate recommendations
clearly. Follow all company quality, safety, and operational
standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company
vehicle. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism
and empathy. Attend weekly training to stay sharp and grow your
skills. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. What We’re
Looking For 2–5 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA
Certification Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record Strong
customer service and communication skills Ability to read/write in
English Own basic HVAC hand tools NATE Certification is a plus, but
