Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and
Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of substation protection and control design
projects
Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and
drafters
Oversee project management, including financials and resource
allocation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and
control design
Proven ability to lead substation design projects
Experience in project management and client coordination
Ability to contribute to design scope and methodologies
