(OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
(COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is
available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
with experience in school-based settings to support an elementary
school caseload. This role requires working onsite Monday through
Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, beginning as soon as possible and
continuing through June 12, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Provide
occupational therapy services to elementary students within the
school environment Collaborate with educators, therapists, and
families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor student progress and document interventions and outcomes
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive
learning environment Ensure compliance with all relevant
regulations and standards within the school setting Qualifications:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in
California Proven school-based experience working with
elementary-aged students Strong communication and interpersonal
skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Availability to work full-time hours during the academic semester
Location: Long Beach, CA Contract Duration: Full semester
