A large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction
Project Manager to join our team. Requirements: Minimum 10 years
construction experience on commercial, institutional, or
educational projects. Must have outstanding team leadership skills,
diplomacy, and high energy. College degree preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee and
manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate and Schedule with
architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project
specifications are met Monitor project progress and ensure
adherence to timelines and budget Problem-Solving Field
documentation Safety compliance Quality Control Daily reporting &
