Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor to oversee billing
operations and manage a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement billing strategies to improve cash flow and
minimize bad debt
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and
financial guidelines
Supervise and train a remote team, conducting performance
evaluations and implementing training programs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare management or related
fields
Strong background in medical insurance and knowledge of relevant
laws and requirements
Proven managerial competencies in leadership and team
development
Experience in performance management and employee training
